We are convinced that the starting line to produce a good feed is the quality of the raw materials; this is the best insurance policy of the finished product’s quality.

We destine more than 50% of our physical and human resources to insure the quality of the raw materials that enter the process.

We have clearly defined the technical specifications of each ingredient, emphasizing in those parameters which have been scientifically proven of its interaction with the nutritional quality.

This is why we consider our suppliers as the most valuable link in the quality chain of our products; by training, appreciation and just payment, prioritizing quality over price.

LABS:

Our equipment is from top gear technology, especially to determine the protein that allow us to obtain immediate responses with precision and accuracy that pass the most rigorous inter-labs tests from two of the most prestigious organizations worldwide leaders in standards and analytics:

• AAFCO(Association of American Feed Control Officials)

• AOCS (American Oil Chemists' Society)

 

The lab assures the utilization of the latest version of AOAC (Association of Official Analytical Chemists) methods for being well known around the world, because of its exhaustive and rigorous testing and characterizing plans.

The modern analytical equipment that we use are compatible to the concept of dry chemistry, and have left behind the contaminant, tedious and high risk processes, giving birth to an environmental friendly type of analytical work.

TRACEABILITY:

Through and uninterrupted chain of information, GISIS S.A. assures the availability of the data relative to quality, from the moment raw materials are bought until the finished product is delivered.

This series of links that form this chain of traceability are contemplated as a mandatory requirement in all the certification processes such as Organic Certifications for private Naturland standards, European norm CE 834, GlobalGAP and the local National Control Plan (Plan Nacional de Control – PNC), which have allowed us to structure a specialized organization to supply all the back-up documentation of ingredients and processes, that certify and demonstrate feeding safety of our products.
